I want my partner not to lie to me. It is the most important thing for me. I think that lieing is same as looking down on a person. So when I was lied by him, I couldn't stand it and got so angry. Once I was lied by a person, I can't believe him forever. Is it my not good character? Im not good at believeing people. So my ideal partner is not liar.

No, I don't think it's "bad character" to have firm principles and beliefs. To be honorable is important. It's sensible of you to not easily believe others, especially boys. At 19 or 20, most boys are mainly interested in exploring and trying to understand the world, and to "get" as many girls as they can. University years are probably too early to get "serious" about anyone.
